Where we ship
Gardengox currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Processing and transit times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After processing, transit typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the item and destination — larger furniture pieces can take longer than smaller accents. Transit estimates are not guarantees.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the item and delivery address.
Tracking
When an order ships, we send a tracking email to the address provided at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please review the complete delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report visible or concealed shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Email contact@gardengox.com with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
