Request a cancellation
Email contact@gardengox.com immediately if you need to cancel an order. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout.
When cancellation is possible
We will review the request promptly, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment has started. An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled.
Payment and shipped orders
If an order is canceled after payment was captured, the refund is issued to the original payment method. If the order has already shipped, follow the approved return process described in our Returns & Refunds policy after delivery.
